Dennis J. McGrath received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Manhattan College in 1989 in Business Administration and Finance. He earned his Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. In his time at Touro, he excelled graduating Magna Cum Laude and as a member of the Touro Law Review and the Touro Honors Program. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. McGrath practiced law in the fields of education law, labor and employment, and contract negotiations. Additionally, he ran a “for profit” company for the Cerebral Palsy Association of Nassau County, and he also owned a multi-national company devoted to the design and manufacture of ladies’ fashion.

Mr. McGrath is admitted to practice in New York State and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts, and is a member of the New York State, Nassau, and Suffolk Bar Associations. He sets himself apart by incorporating his wealth of business experience and interpersonal skills into his practice of law.
