We are seeking a skilled and motivated Paralegal to join our team and provide critical support to our attorneys. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple practice areas, gaining valuable experience in complex cases while directly contributing to client success.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable. They can manage a busy caseload and thrive in a fast-paced law firm environment.
Draft, review, and file pleadings, petitions, motions, discovery requests/responses, and other legal documents.
Conducted legal research and prepared case summaries, reports, and memos.
Managed and maintained client files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
Communicate with clients, courts, lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel.
Assist attorneys with trial preparation, hearings, depositions, and closings.
Coordinate real estate transactions, short sales, and loan modifications.
Support attorneys with bankruptcy filings, debt defense, and foreclosure cases.
Handle intake, client updates, and general case support with professionalism.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold the firm’s standards at all times.
Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate required.
2–5 years of experience as a paralegal (multi-practice preferred).
Familiarity with court rules, e-filing systems, and legal procedures.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume practice.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
Experience with Slack, Teams, Clio, Call Rail, or other CRM systems is preferred.
