History:

Born and raised in Athens, Greece, Aggeliki Psonis emigrated to the United States to pursue her dreams. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Boston University and her Juris Doctor from City University of New York School of Law. Her passion for human rights led her to engage in UN work as an undergraduate student in Geneva, Switzerland, as well as to advocate for Afro-Colombian women in Cali, Colombia as a student attorney with the CUNY Human Rights and Gender Justice Clinic.

Through her legal education and work experience, she developed an unrelenting passion for consumer protection, as well as fair housing and lending. She enjoys trial work and thrives under the pressures of the adversarial legal system. Aggeliki strives to use her privilege as a lawyer to serve the public interest. She is able to empathize with her clients and works hard to achieve their goals. Aggeliki is also a pianist and singer, and spends her spare time performing live at various events. She is admitted to practice in MA, and pending admission in NY and NJ.
